SHIPPING

Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed. Our products are shipped from our international warehouse with tracked delivery in approximately 4–9 business days.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Please also check your spam or junk folder in case the email ends up there.

If you can’t find your tracking email, please contact us at contact@trydiggit.com and we’ll be happy to help.

Orders shipped from our international warehouse may be subject to additional fees.

Our prices exclude VAT, and customs duties or import fees may apply when an order is shipped from our warehouse in China. The customer is responsible for paying any applicable fees.

RETURNS

If, for any reason, you would like to return your product, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal. You may return your order for a refund within this period.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging. The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized or personalized products.
