Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Important: We can only accept returns on unopened, unused items in their original packaging. If the package has been opened, we are unable to process a return or refund — no exceptions.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unopened and unused
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
To start a return, contact us at contact@trydiggit.com. Once your return is approved, we'll provide you with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
If your order arrives with visible damage to the packaging or a clear manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately at contact@trydiggit.com with photos so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Please note: dissatisfaction with results, discomfort during use, or the product not performing as expected does not qualify as a defect or damage claim. By opening and using the product, you accept that results may vary.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your approval, please contact us at contact@trydiggit.com.
